Can pain be a friend?

Feel.

Breathe.

Stop.

Cry.

Smile.

Fall down.

Get back up.

Keep walking.

 

Learn from your pain and sorrow.

Obstacles come our way all the time. Other times, small ones and others, big ones. Use your experience, what you learned and you will be able to overcome them easier and faster.

The key to everything is to go through whatever comes your way without rushing through it.

Accept pain as your friend, grieve, shout, allow yourself to be “down” and learn from your pain. That way? You can pick up the pieces and stand back up stronger.

That’s what life has taught me so far. It has helped me grow and bounce back faster when life hits hard. Maybe this will help you too.

Don’t be in the moment. Be every moment. 💕
